This is where more of you becomes possible.

Not a different you. Not a fixed you. Not a version of yourself that no longer struggles or doubts or finds things hard.
Just — more of who you already are. Your personal growth and resilience develops but with the space, the steadiness, and the capacity to live it fully.
Being You is the most specialised layer of this work. It requires a different quality of attention, and a deeper level of accompaniment than either Breathe or Release. The investment reflects that — and the outcome it makes possible. This is not simply the next step after Release. It's coming home and back to Being You.

When the weight lifts, something unexpected arrives. Room.

Room to think. To consider. To grow. To make changes you've known were needed but never quite had the capacity to begin. To want things again — clearly, without the fog of overwhelm clouding what matters.
This is the stage I know from my own experience. When I found my way back through my own hardest seasons, what surprised me most wasn't the relief — it was the expansion. The sense of there being more of me available than had been for a very long time.
Being You isn't about becoming someone new. It's about finally having enough room to be fully who you already are — and discovering what that makes possible.
This layer is about learning to live from that expanded place. To inhabit your life as fully and abundantly as you choose.

What Back to Being You actually feels like. From the inside.

Most people who find their way to this work can describe very clearly what they want to move away from. The overwhelm. The fog. The weight of what's been carried.
What's harder to imagine — when you're in the middle of it — is what the other side actually feels like. Not in theory. In the body. In daily life. In the quiet ordinary moments that make up a life.
So let me paint it for you. Not as a promise. But as a possibility that is already yours — waiting beneath everything you've been carrying.
You wake up and there is a stillness that wasn't there before. Not absence of feeling — but a groundedness underneath it. A sense that whatever today brings, you have the capacity to meet it.
Decisions come from a different place. Not from fear, or from what you think you should want, or from the noise of other people's expectations. From something quieter and more certain. A calm knowing that this is aligned — or this isn't. And trusting that knowing.
You notice small things again. The quality of light in the morning. The particular satisfaction of growing something. The way a piece of music lands differently when you're not braced against the world. Gratitude stops being something you have to remind yourself to feel — it arrives on its own.
Your relationship with your own body changes. It stops feeling like something to manage or override or push through. It becomes — perhaps for the first time — a place you actually live. Somewhere safe. Somewhere home.
And from that safety, something extraordinary happens. Your capacity grows. The things that once felt impossible begin to feel merely challenging. The dreams you had quietly filed away under "not for people like me" start to look different. Not guaranteed. But possible. Actually, genuinely possible.
You stop waiting for permission to be fully yourself. You stop apologising for the parts of you that take up space. You stop bracing for the worst. Not because life becomes perfect — but because you trust yourself to navigate whatever it brings.

This is not a destination you arrive at once and stay forever. It is a way of being that deepens over time — as your sense of safety in yourself deepens, as your capacity builds, as you learn to come back to yourself more quickly when life pulls you away.
This is what Back to Being You means. Not a version of yourself you have to become. A version of yourself that has been waiting, patiently, to be allowed to exist.

How you'll know something has shifted.

These are not dramatic transformations. They are quiet, real, unmistakable signs that something has changed at the level where things actually change.

A deeper knowing
Decisions that once felt paralysing begin to come from a quieter, more certain place. You trust yourself again.
Calm in the body
The constant low-level bracing begins to release. Your body feels like somewhere safe to be again.
Expanded capacity
Things that once felt impossible begin to feel possible. Your sense of what you are capable of quietly grows.
Aligned purpose
You begin to feel the difference between decisions that are truly yours and ones that come from fear or obligation.
Self acceptance
The parts of yourself you have been at war with begin to feel less threatening. More human. More okay.
Presence and gratitude
Small things begin to land again. Joy becomes less effortful. Connection with the world around you deepens.

Responsive, spacious, and entirely at your pace.

Being You is structured differently from Breathe and Release. It is not a fixed programme — it is a living, responsive process that meets you exactly where you are at each stage. The pace, the focus, and the depth of each phase are shaped around you.
Noticing

We begin by taking stock. What has shifted through Breathe and Release. What feels different. What is still holding. Using a carefully developed set of questions — responsive and bespoke — we build a clear picture of what Being You needs to address for you, presently. This is the foundation everything else is built from.

Core Work

The heart of the layer. Moving through the territories of being, doing and having at your pace. Learning to inhabit the expanded self, beginning to take action in your life, and allowing yourself to receive what you've worked toward. Sessions are fortnightly here, with integration and living happening in the spaces between.

Building Resilience and Living

We begin to gently bring your steadier, clearer self into real situations — building your capacity to navigate life from a grounded place. We begin with guided visualisation in session, creating a felt sense of moving through difficult moments with steadiness. Then, between sessions, small real world steps — things to try, notice and bring back. Where more resilience building is needed, we go deeper. Where it isn't, we move into something more spacious — how to be with life as it unfolds. Your capacity and resilience, built gradually, held firmly, and truly your own.

Coming Home

The closing session is yours to shape. Together we reflect on the whole journey — the changes, the shifts in perspective, the knowing, the responding, the growth. We hold up the mirror one last time. And this time, you can look directly into it — and see clearly who you are now, and who you have always been beneath everything you were carrying. Your life, fully and finally, back in your own capable hands.

Expansion can feel unfamiliar. That's normal.

Arriving at Being You doesn't mean the journey suddenly becomes easy. This stage brings its own uncertainties — decisions that still feel hard, starts that are tentative, moments of doubt about whether the change is real.
This is entirely normal. Change of this depth takes time to integrate. The nervous system needs to learn that it is safe to be this open, this present, this much itself.
This is why Being You is structured differently from the earlier layers. Sessions are spaced further apart — giving you time to live the changes between them, to take your steadier self out into real situations, and to discover what holds and what still needs tending.
You are not alone in this part of the journey either. I am still here — walking alongside, as always — for as long as you need.
At the end of this journey, you will look back at who you were when you arrived — and see clearly who you are now.
Not who you were told to be. Not who you thought you had to be. Simply, quietly, completely — you.

Clear, simple, no surprises.

This work is for you if -

You have already worked through Release — or are close to completing it — and something in you is leaning toward what comes next. You feel the shift that has happened. You sense that there is more available. And you are ready, even if tentatively, to begin living from that place.
If you are earlier in the journey — or not yet sure where you are — begin with Breathe or Release. Being You will be here when you are ready for it.

Ready to take the next step?

Whether you are currently working through Release and wondering what comes next, or simply want to understand the full journey before you begin — reach out. A short conversation is all it takes to find the right starting point for you.
Tell me where you are right now. That's exactly where we start.

The whole journey has been leading here.
Back to being you.
Fully. Finally. Yours.
