What if I don't really know what's wrong?
That's exactly where most people start. You don't need a diagnosis or a clear story. Often the most important thing you'll say in our first conversation is "I don't know how to explain it." That's not a problem — that's the beginning. We'll find it together, gently, at your pace.
What if what I'm carrying seems too small - or too big?
There is no too small and no too big. Whatever has brought you here is real — and it deserves to be taken seriously. I have sat with people carrying things they have never told another person. Nothing you bring will shock me or be turned away.
What if I've already tried everything?
This work is different from most things you may have tried — because it doesn't begin in the mind. It begins in the body, where what you've been carrying actually lives. Many of the people who find their way to this work have already done a great deal of inner work. That isn't a barrier. If anything, it means you're ready.
What if I'm not sure I'm ready?
Readiness doesn't always feel the way we expect it to. It doesn't always feel calm or certain. Sometimes it feels like exhaustion. Like running out of road. Like knowing that something has to change even if you can't see how yet. If any of that sounds familiar — you're probably ready enough.
Will I have to talk about everything?
No. You only ever share what feels right, when it feels right. There is no pressure to explain, justify or disclose anything. This work often reaches the places that words don't — so you may find that what shifts most profoundly is the thing you never quite found the words for.
How do I know if Helen is the right person for me?
